Why would a company say you are "overqualified or Underqualifed?

It's hard enough to get an interview these days for a job, but when told that her "overqualified" is b. ..$(*)%$#… t! How can overqualifed if you need and want a job you are applying? You could say the same if you say you are so unskilled. Perhaps your should add a little more specific in what they are looking for an applicant. Or …. Is that do not fit your company profile? Are we too fat? Too thin? Too bald? Too blonde? Also Black? Too white? Too old? Too young? Seriously! A company can not say, "Well, you're too fat and not fit our company profile, so we will not to hire you. "That's agaist the law. So they say instead," I'm sorry you're overqualified "or" I feel that is poorly qualified. "Errr .. It's all so maddening. All models must be perfect then it would want to hire us … and it would be because we have a great resume! What do you think ?!#$?

Furthermore it is an excuse, sometimes the reason may say they are overqualified is because they think you want more money they can offer, or who know they have the potential to go very quickly and can not afford. Sometimes you say you are unskilled, and who either do not have all the requirements are looking for, or if you have many, but not want to take the time to train to be "qualified".
