create company profile facebook

You can not build a page on a facebook? help!?

I'm trying to create a Facebook business page – a page of my website www.puddlebud.com. For some reason I am completely lost! I enrolled in puddlebud but you can not build a profile. It says I need to create a personal profile but I now I have one! The email address I have for my personal profile is different than the email you used for company page I signed up for. Is there a way to overcome this? Why is it so hard! Please help.
